Operation #EFAD After-Action Report, Tuesday, March 6 (Older communiques are below in order.)

The final tally for Operation #EFAD: there were 33,533 free downloads of Enemies Foreign And Domestic from March 1 to 5.

The highest ranking it received was #2 for all Kindle genre fiction, for ten hours on Day 2, Friday March 2.

EFAD was trapped underneath the Desperate, Delicious Divorcee all day Friday. I just could not climb on top of her, not even for one hour. Perhaps it's a sign of the times, or a reflection of the culture wars, that a major novel about defending freedom could not rise above a serial novella featuring a DDD-bust-sized amateur sleuth from the Kindle $0.99 cent "bargain books" list, not even when both were offered for free. Or maybe people just like to click on a picture of a nice set of boobs.

I'm more proud to have been next to Vince Flynn at number four on the mystery/thrillers rankings. I was #1 for a while, but I missed my chance to get a screen capture, because I was only refreshing the "all genre fiction" page while trapped below the Delicious DDD Divorcee. I didn't even think to check the mystery/thriller rankings until I was sliding back down the "all genre fiction" list. But it's also very nice to have been side-by-side with Vince Flynn for a while. Too bad I missed the #1 mystery/thriller screen cap, though. Darn it!

And to my knowledge, no telephone ninjas were successful at getting through to a national talk radio host. My sincere gratitude to anyone who made the attempt. I did receive some invitations to appear on a few major-market radio programs, and I promise I will use the opportunity to discuss creeping tyranny, and federal abuses such as Operation Fast And Furious.

And even though the big national talk radio breakthrough didn't happen during the free download period, it would still be extremely beneficial to the cause to have Enemies Foreign And Domestic mentioned at any time. So if one of you telephone ninjas gets the opportunity to do so, it would be a tremendous help. Communiqué #12: Book-Bomb Day 5, Monday, March 5 (Older communiques are below in order.)

All right, cyber troops, tonight at midnight marks the official end of Operation #EFAD. We still have much of today to accomplish the final, hardest, and most important part of our "time-on-target" internet and media barrage.

Enemies Foreign And Domestic is holding very strong at #19 of all free fiction on Amazon Kindle. That is plenty good enough to serve today's purpose. Anything in the Top 100 would be good enough, but #19 is terrific! And it's great to be across from another "famous brand name" author like James Patterson.

So we know what we need today. We need a telephone ninja with enough cleverness and wit to charm the most cold-hearted of call screeners. And they are often brutal. Being cut off with a click after being on hold for hours is routine. Often the host will just "clear the board" when he wants to change direction.

That is where the phone ninja's personal charm will come in. During those brief moments with the call screener while on hold, the screener must be taken in and practically seduced by your voice. He must think, "Well, I will clear the board as I was told ... except for Sally in Oklahoma. I just can't drop her. She is too witty, and I love her voice. I mean, she is just so lively and fun!"

(Now you can see why I think this mission will be a lot harder for a male phone ninja.)

The victorious telephone ninja will need the patience and determination of a Marine sniper, lying motionless in the dry grass in a ghillie suit, waiting for hours to take one perfectly aimed shot.

So today, Monday March 5, we need a telephone ninja, who can stalk through the long-distance wires all the way to the biggest microphones and up the tallest radio transmission towers in America. You know who they are. You know how long in advance callers must phone in, to try to slip past the often surly and rude call screeners, to reach the objective.

The difficulty in accomplishing the mission does not deter the telephone ninja, but rather, it spurs her (or him) onward. The greater the degree of difficulty, the greater the satisfaction upon mission completion!

No matter what happens today, Operation #EFAD will have been a great success. Watching Enemies Foreign And Domestic make #2 on Amazon was tremendous, and it was all due to your help. But to lift this operation from an internet curiousity, up to the topic of a national discussion, will require a ninja getting through to one or more of the top-tier national talk radio hosts. If that happens, instead of 30,000 free downloads of EFAD, there will be MILLIONS by midnight, tonight!

And tomorrow, Enemies Foreign And Domestic, the novel that predicted Murdergate, will be a national sensation.

And then, and only then, will we be able to force the elite liberal media establishment to confront their complicity in protecting Gangster Government, Inc, by their covering up, instead of exposing, the mass-murderous extent of President Obama's Operation Fast And Furious, which was his cruelly evil plan for "gun control under the radar."

Several topics that will probably be discussed on talk radio today can provide an opening for the successful telephone ninja to take her (or his) perfect shot. Operation Fast And Furious itself might come up, as the DOJ's cover-up rolls on, and Issa's congressional committee "meows" its pathetic demands back at A.G. Holder, who continues to smirk back and give them the middle finger.

Or it's likely that liberal media bias and hypocrisy will come up as a topic, in relation to Rush's lamentable situation with Ms. Fluke, the woman who needs 3,000 condoms per year (paid for by us), but whose character must not be impugned. The elite liberal media protecting Gangster Government is a key theme in Enemies Foreign And Domestic, and a natural starting point for mentioning EFAD's amazing success on Amazon for the past five days. A woman is more likely to get on the air to discuss the Ms. Fluke fiasco. Then a quick half-turn to, "You know, there is a novel written from the conservative point of view that tackles all of these media bias issues head on. It really gives the liberal media what-for. And it was written in 2003!"

You all get the idea. Good luck, and good hunting!

But no matter what, Operation #EFAD was a great success, and I thank you all for making it happen!

Communiqué #11: Book-Bomb Day 4, Sunday, March 4

Dear Operation #EFAD special operators: If you have come this far, we don't need to rehash our standing orders. Keep Tweeting, FaceBooking, Freeping, Arfcomming and reposting about #EFAD on your other favorite forums and blogs. You know the drill by now.

Enemies Foreign And Domestic is holding strong in the Kindle Top 40, four days into the free download period. And that's excellent! Thanks to you! But the free period expires at midnight, Monday night, March 5. The max allowable number of free days on Kindle is five, and I'm taking the max.

But now all the past is prelude. Battlefield preparation. Cutting wire and caching supplies.

You know what we need now. It was all spelled out in Saturday's communique. We need telephone ninjas. The new target is national talk radio, on Monday, March 5. Rush, Sean, Laura, Mark, Bill, Dennis, Neil, Michael and the rest of the big radio talkers.

One on-air recommendation of Enemies Foreign And Domestic would be a great victory. More than one would put the op into hyperdrive and put EFAD on the national radar. The 27,000 free downloads of EFAD to date are a great accomplishment, but we need millions to force an honest national debate about President Obama's own Operation Murdergate.

Then, and only then, do we get to slap the liberal media establishment (the crucial defenders of Gangster Government, Inc), very hard across the face. And that is why we are going to all of this trouble and effort throughout Operation #EFAD. The only reason. It's not about a freebie deal on a novel that predicted "Murdergate" by a decade. That was all just part of the battlefield preparation.

Tomorrow, Monday, will be the defining battle of the campaign.

Communiqué #10: Book-Bomb Day 3, Saturday, March 3

Saturday afternoon update: I've had "tier one" company most of the day on the Amazon Kindle mystery and thriller rankings.

Vince Flynn is a great American, truly one of "the good guys," and if you don't already know it, he is medically way, way in the hurt locker. This Patriot and his family needs our prayers for his full recovery. It was a true honor for me to appear beside him on the Kindle rank listings for paid and free best-sellers.

Friday March 2 was a wild day, frankly, a lot better than I thought possible or likely. When I woke up Friday morning, Enemies Foreign And Domestic was at #4, then it was was at #2 for about ten or so hours. The Operation #EFAD test run and proof of concept was a HUGE SUCCESS! 21,000 "Freeloads" in two days is pretty damn good, I think! You all have my gratitude forever, and I come to attention to salute you all, my faithful cyber warriors.

And don't stop Tweeting, FaceBooking, Arfcomming (AR-15.com: Thanks for the General Discussion Sticky Thread!) Freeping, and generally spreading Operation #EFAD all over the internet. Obviously, our efforts paid off.

Up to this point, the operation has consisted of a vast cyber-army of special operators, grunts and sappers all crawling forward together. Cutting the wires, caching ammo and supplies, and planting delayed-action mines, so to speak. It took a gigantic team effort made of many small contributions to push Enemies Foreign And Domestic to the top of Kindle free downloads.

Well done, shipmates! The free #EFAD download period will extend all the way through Monday, until midnight PST. Please keep the ball rolling, one click, link and reply at a time.

But that is not the subject of today's Communiqué. Today, Operation #EFAD shifts its focus from the slow and methodical "ground game" made up of hundreds of troops moving out together, to a mission for sneaky singleton recon scouts. The ground game was a resounding success at pushing EFAD all the way up to #2, but that is not our ultimate goal, but just a step toward our goal. The battlefield is now prepared. We are ready to storm the castle and raise our flag over the top.

But we need one stealthy ninja to scale the castle wall, slip in through an open, unguarded window high above the ground, and then sneak down through the castle and unbar the gates for the rest of us.

This will require a very, very special operator. This ninja might not know a Tweet from a Facebook, nor care. This ninja will patiently plan her own infiltration route, I can't help her with that. (Why do I have a feeling the successful ninja will be a woman? I don't know, but I just do. Strongly. Not that you male ninjas shouldn't try your best also.)

The castle is just ahead of us, clearly visible to all. It's simply a matter of slipping inside, past all of the gate keepers.

The castle on the hill is National Talk Radio. I am talking about Laura, Rush, Sean, Mark and the rest. The free download period runs all the way until midnight on Monday. One mention on the air, either by a host or a caller, will send the free downloads of Enemies Foreign And Domestic from the thousands, to the millions, and make Operation #EFAD a national news story.

Then, and only then, will the elite liberal media be forced to account for their complicity in Gangster Government, Inc.

It has been tremendous to see Enemies Foreign And Domestic at #2 on Kindle, but that only puts us into an optimal "forward staging area" for the final push into the castle on Monday, March 5, the last day of Operation #EFAD.

I can't help this stealthy telephone ninja with any tools.
Iron hooks will not work on this kind of castle.

The successful castle-breaching ninja will already know more about this game than I could ever imagine, so what would be the point of my offering tips? She (or he) will get the mission done, her (or his) own way. I believe that, 100%.

I won't even put out the national call-in phone numbers; it wouldn't be sporting, and they are readily available anyway. But I do know that people start calling Rush and Sean and the rest of the famous radio talkers hours before their shows begin, to be placed on long-term hold. So it will take great patience and determination for the Operation #EFAD telephone ninja to succeed.

But if she (or he) gets through, and engages a major national talker in a discussion about Enemies Foreign And Domestic, the ten-year-old suspense novel that forecast murderous federal programs like Operation Fast and Furious, our success will explode like a supernova! This will make #2 on Kindle Downloads seem like a minor achievement!

So now we all know what we need: at least one crafty and patient telephone ninja, who can slip inside the well-guarded national talk radio castle. Easier said than done, I know. But the big victory will come after the ninja gets inside. Please start planning. Monday could be simply amazing.

Communiqué #9: Book Bomb Day 2, Friday, March 2

First, a personal note from the Operation #EFAD command bunker. I finally had seven hours of rack time last night, so I am GTG. It's been a hectic week, writing Gangster Government, monkeywrenching the HTML in this website, and all the while log-rolling and plate-spinning this operation all over the internet.

If you are a new recruit checking in after seeing Enemies Foreign And Domestic soar from #20,000 on Kindle to #2, please read "About EFAD" on the linked page, then read the communiqués starting with #1 at the bottom of this page, and proceeding upward. After that, you will be as fully mission capable as any veteran Operation #EFAD cyber special operator. Welcome aboard, shipmate! Now, let's turn-to: there is work to be done yet.

The next phase in our rolling-thunder phased time-on-target internet blitzkrieg attack is called "Alert The Media."

Remember how I have been requesting you to find and save all of the "famous media hotshot" email addresses, Facebook pages, and Twitter @names? Well, the time has come, and today is the day. "It's not a story, until it's a story," and now it is. In spades. A ten-year-old novel going from #20,000 on Amazon Kindle to #2 is a story, so let's get to it, and alert the media.

We will begin with conservatives who are believers in the Constitution, and who are predisposed to share out goals and values. The problem is, even in this internet era, it's hard to reach them. But today, we will. I promise.

So here is what you do. If you don't have a Twitter account, it takes five minutes or less to set one up. Read Communiqué #3 below to learn how it works. Basically, I am @MattBracken48, and we are all following ad-hoc "hashtag" groups like #EFAD.

So today, we shall politely tap our friendly Famous Brand Name conservatives on the shoulder, and say, "Look at this, please." You can find them easily enough, especially on Twitter. They might miss a few Tweets, but they won't miss thousands of them!

Remember, EFAD went from #20,000 on Kindle to #2 almost overnight, and there have been more than 18,000 Kindle D/L's of EFAD in the past 24 hours! Now, we shall turn that same math upon our friendly conservative bloggers, columnists, radio talk show hosts, and so on.

Normally, they just toss out Tweets, and then lurk upon their many replies, to take the pulse of their followers. Today, they will learn about Operation #EFAD, and the unlikely story of how a decade-old novel about the abuse of federal power has soared to the top of the Kindle Free Library in one day.

And remember, especially if this Twitter business is all just a bit too much, a "ReTweet" (RT) is just as good as an original Tweet. A ReTweet throws an earlier message back out into the rapidly flowing Twitter river, to be seen all over again. With enough of you ReTweeting #EFAD messages, it will add up to a torrent like the Colorado River overtopping Hoover Dam. Impossible to miss! Why, even the ROAR can be heard from miles away!

Who really gives one good damn about some cheap work of self-published fiction by some guy you never heard of? Nobody, really, in the greater picture. I am merely using that bright yellow book with the inflammatory Gadsden flag and the "assault rifle" on the cover as an eyeball-attractant and attention-getter this week. It's the tool I have, so it's the tool I use.

What I really want to do, the purpose of this operation, is to encourage both Joe Sixpack and Very Important People to read my essay called "Gangster Government, And Sakharov's Immunity." That's where I lay it out. Anybody who can plow through a 250,000-word first novel by an unknown author, can certainly tackle 4,000 words about the fate of freedom in our beloved republic.

Oh, I can't leave without performing a bit of latrine duty. At this point, expect trolls and disruptors, as word of Operation #EFAD spreads far and wide. This website might even get taken out in a DOS attack. No matter. It's unstoppable now. If this website disappears, I will put out new Operation #EFAD communiqués on alternate frequencies and back channels. And even if I don't, at this point, it won't matter. Operation #EFAD has gone runaway on full-auto.

Communiqué #7: D-Day Minus One, Wednesday, February 29

Okay, my loyal and stalwart troops, it is now D-Day Minus One. At around midnight tonight, Enemies Foreign And Domestic will become free on the Amazon Kindle Store HERE.

Since last night, I've been working on the major essay below. Please read it, and spread it as widely as you can over Facebook, Twitter, and freedom-oriented websites and blogs. It's a barn-burner, I promise you.

Please use every means at your disposal to spread the word for everyone you know to download, for free, Enemies Foreign And Domestic beginning when the month rolls over to March. If you click the free order button and don't have a Kindle, it will guide you through the free download of the Kindle app first.

And please review Communique #2, especially this part: "Please begin to collect the email addresses (personal, not corporate, when possible) for as many national and local talk radio hosts and their production assistants as possible. Also collect the email addresses for other national media figures and internet heavyweights. These email addresses are often hidden beneath layers of corporate claptrap, meant to keep the unruly peasants at bay, but you can often find them with a bit of digging.

Sorry to put this up so late (10pm eastern). Today was brutal, but I couldn't share this Operation #EFAD task. But fortunately, this type of operation becomes self-sustaining, and does not need regular "command guidance" once set into motion. All of the Facebook, Twitter, blog and forum activity will make its mark on Thursday, March 1, when the world at large first becomes aware of the "dangerous" novel from 2003 that foreshadowed current repulsive criminal abuses by federal law enforcement agencies, including Operation Fast And Furious.

Communiqué #4: D-Day Minus Four, Sunday, February 26

Today's communique will be short; nothing like yesterday's Twitter tutorial. I'm excited to see that Twitter, the switch engine of the internet, is really heating up with Operation #EFAD tweets. Today let's keep the momentum building. Keep posting new tweets, and re-tweeting (RT) any that you see. Be sure to include #EFAD, so we can find them all for easy re-tweeting.

But Twitter is just one cog in the internet engine. Keep posting about Operation #EFAD on Facebook, and firearms, RKBA and other freedom-oriented blogs and forums. Then do Google searches for keywords and phrases such as Enemies Foreign And Domestic and Fast And Furious, to tie those two stories together at the hip. When you find a link to Operation #EFAD, click the link, and try to leave a reply which includes the searchable keywords again, then copy the link into Twitter or Facebook. You know the drill by now. "Round and round she goes..."

This phase is not exciting to perform nor dramatic in immediately visible results attained. We are just prepping the battlefield, so that on D-Day, March 1, anybody searching for any information on Enemies Foreign And Domestic will be overwhelmed by the massive avalanche of positive information. We are just teeing up the football and getting the team warmed up for the kickoff on March 1.

There is an active thread discussing Operation #EFAD over on Free Republic at this link. I am live-blogging the op from that thread, so if you have ideas or input that you want to contribute to the effort, plenty of other active #EFAD operators will see them and share them on down the line.

Please keep the snowball rolling, leading up to March 1. Remember, the goal is to drive the free downloads of EFAD to #1 in the Kindle free book library, so that the MSM will be forced to take notice this "dangerous and seditious anti-government novel."

Communiqué #3: D-Day Minus Five, February 25

Today's mission is to crank up the RPMs on our internet "viralocity" engine. We're going to feed raw ether into the carb, and really make that motor scream! This will be done using Twitter as our accelerant of choice. But to accomplish this, you need to know a few things about how Twitter works.

First, I need to get this out of the way. Yes, in many ways Twitter is pretty lame. And since you are already active on Facebook and other forums and blogs, you don't want to join Twitter. I understand this completely. I felt this way for years.

That said, Twitter does some things extremely well, that other internet engines just don't do. It is an indispensable "cross-linking" hub for the entire internet. In the "viralocity" kingdom, Twitter is King, Queen, and Duke. It's free, and you can create an anonymous Twitter @handle in about one minute. After Operation #EFAD, you can retire your Twitter account, or dive deeper into it: it's up to you. But to participate to the max in Operation #EFAD, a Twitter account is necessary.

But Twitter is not like Facebook or blogs or websites. Twitter is different, and you need learn a few simple things to understand it. I promise, this will be short, easy, and painless.

First: Twitter text messages, which are limited to only 140 characters, are NOT the point of Twitter. They exist only to point people to internet hyperlinks, or pictures. The "message" is just a brief description of the content at the hyperlink, and why you should click it and go there. The hyperlink addresses don't count against your 140 characters. That, my friends, is the essence of Twitter. Now you know!

Second: Not many of your Twitter "Followers" (those that will see the tweet appear in their timeline) or anybody actively searching the stream for a given #Hashtag group (like #EFAD) are paying attention at that moment, and hence Tweets quickly disappears into the ether. It's not like Facebook or emails, where you can easily go back days and days to see old messages. For the hours that you are not actively reading your timeline, all of the tweets that came in might as well not even exist! They are literally water over the dam. They don't count anymore.

Twitter exists Here and Now. Then...it's gone. This is simplified, but it's the gist of Twitter. If you are a Twitter nube because of Operation #EFAD, you will not begin with any followers. Don't worry about it. You can still be a great soldier in the Twitter portion of the Operation #EFAD campaign with zero followers, as I will explain in a moment.

There are three keys to getting a hashtag like #EFAD to "trend" upward at any significant level:

1. Having a massive group of people Tweeting about Operation #EFAD as close to 24x7 as possible is the goal. The more Followers that each person has, the more people will see #EFAD in their respective timelines. If I tweet a dozen tweets about anything in a 15 minute period, only those people that are following me and are actively reading their timelines during those 15 minutes will ever see the tweets. If I add some popular group hashtags like #tcot (top conservatives on Twitter) to the tweet, then I have the chance that anyone on Twitter (whether they follow me or not) that is actively reading the #tcot hashtag will see my tweets.

Here are some popular conservative #groups to start with: #NRA #RKBA #survival #preppers #SHTF #redstate #big govt #tcot #tlot (libertarians)

2. You can also Tweet directly at people (such as this sample Tweet: @MattBracken48 - did you hear about Operation #EFAD??) Including specific people's Twitter handles in your tweet will cause those tweets to be collected in the person's "@Connect - Interactions" space. This way when they click their "@Connect" at any time, your tweet will appear there, even if it is a few hours old.

3. Now here is the real key, and where a complete nube with zero followers is as fully mission capable as any old Twitter hand: Please encourage as much Re-Tweeting (RT) as possible! This is how things really go viral! Send a new tweet or a retweet that says something like: "Please RT -- Operation #EFAD is important!" or "RT if you know how important #EFAD is going to be!" But also include some @names or #groups to the retweet, so the circle of new folks learnig of Operation #EFAD will grow and grow.

Right now I have about 130 or so Twitter Followers. (I only joined a week ago, in order to conduct this national covert op.) If I tweet something out now, and half of my Followers are reading their timeline, then I get about 60 pairs of eyeballs on my tweet. This does not include folks who found my tweet due to a related #group inserted into the tweet. If just three of my Followers will RT the tweet, then it is seen by however many of those three folks' Followers are reading. So if of those three that RT me, it could be something like this:
Susan, who lives to tweet, Retweeted your tweet to her 7,887 followers.
Peter Retweeted your tweet to his 125 followers.
John, another nube like you, Retweeted your tweet to his 17 followers. But one of them was the CEO of a famous corporation in the gun-making business, who hears of Operation #EFAD for the very first time after going to the Communiques link. And he likes the idea. A lot.

So now our reach is expanding by leaps and bounds, and the odds of getting millions of new "eyes" on our Operation #EFAD tweets will dramatically increase. Many of the Tweets and Retweets, besides containing #EFAD, should contain this link:

This copied and pasted hyperlink will take new people to the Operation #EFAD Communique page, where they can get fully up to speed and come aboard for the culmination of the mission.

I will Tweet about #EFAD as often as I can, and we should all try to solicit RTs. We need to get a LOT of folks doing this as often as possible. It's log-rolling. It's spinning. It's sheer, crass mass-manipulation. It's a great weapon in our armory!

Twitter is how "escape viralocity" is achieved, because the objective is to turn Operation #EFAD into a national phenomenon on D-Day, March 1.

In addition, all of us Twitter nubes who are tweeting and retweeting about Operation #EFAD will begin to gain like-minded Followers of our own, which will extend our reach organically.

So let's play manipulate the mainstream media, for a change! Don't you just love the idea of whip-sawing those elite liberal media bastards with a covert psyop organized right from the heart of the Bitter Clinger Nation? Just for once? Turn the tables, and make the MSM the patsies in Operation #EFAD?

Communiqué #2: D-Day Minus Six, February 24

Today's action agenda will be short, sweet, and simple to carry out.

FIRST: please begin to collect hyperlinks to any blog postings or web forums that mention or discuss Operation #EFAD. Repost these links on Twitter, using the group hashtag #EFAD. Include any of the following Twitter hashtag groups in your tweets:

(and any other # groups you think would be interested in this operation.)

Repost any links to blogs or forums discussing Operation EFAD on your Facebook pages and personal blogs, and on any suitable internet forums that you follow. Keep any threads discussing Operation EFAD bumped to the top.

Email and private mail your friends whom you think might enjoy participating in this national psyop. Send them this link:

SECOND: Please begin to collect the email addresses (personal, not corporate, when possible) for as many national and local talk radio hosts and their production assistants as possible. Also collect the email addresses for other national media figures and internet heavyweights. These email addresses are often hidden beneath layers of corporate claptrap, meant to keep the unruly peasants at bay, but you can often find them with a bit of digging.

Easier, but just as important, begin to collect the Twitter @handles for the same local and national talk radio hosts, media figures, and assorted internet hotshots. These email addresses and Twitter handles should be held in ready reserve, preparing for our phased "Time-On-Target" media barrage, leading up to D-Day, March 1, when Operation EFAD will go thermonuclear.

Thanks for all of your help! If this op takes off the way I believe it can, we will be able to force the elite lamestream media to finally confront some ugly truths about their collusion in the ongoing incremental theft of our "family crown jewels," which is our legacy of American freedom.

Communiqué #1: D-Day Minus Seven, February 23

Want to join a beat-up old ex-Navy SEAL, ocean sailor and book writer on a real-world covert cyber operation?

I knew you did. So here's the deal. The idea is a national clandestine psyop, using my first novel as a vehicle.

On next Thursday, March 1, Enemies Foreign And Domestic will be put into Amazon Kindle's free library.

Where EFAD's free download promotion will be different from those of the thousands of fantasy/romance/vampire novels currently offered on Kindle, is that I'm simultaneously coordinating a mass plan to ensure that Operation EFAD goes hyper-viral on all constitutionally-oriented, freedom-loving, and Second Amendment websites and blogs at the same time.

Or on at least on as many as I can reach, and that is where you come in. There are literally hundreds of patriotic websites and blogs, and I can only reach a few. You can reach them all, every last one. And then some. More about this in the next communiqué on D Minus Six.

Despite its many limitations, Twitter will be useful for rapid tactical coordination. Operation Enemies Foreign And Domestic will be code-named #EFAD, in order to use Twitter as an always-open back channel for project updates and participant feedback. By typing #EFAD into the Twitter search field, you will find every new message related to the operation. My goal is to make the spike in the number of free Kindle downloads for Enemies Foreign And Domestic so dramatic, that the national media will notice the passionate interest in this "dangerous and seditious" novel among the bitter clingers. But this is just the first step of a jiu-jitsu move. The light thrown on EFAD's sudden nationwide surge in popularity will then be mirrored back onto the federal government's most egregious usurpations and abuses, and on the mainstream media itself.

The idea is to force open a long overdue national conversation that the elite MSM very much wants to ignore. In large strokes, it is about our federal government morphing into a socialist tyranny before our eyes, a tyranny that is no longer soft, but getting harder with every passing month. Which is it to be: freedom, or tyranny?

The first step in forcing open this dialogue will be to explore the mainstream media's active collusion in the cover-up of a scandal that is demonstrably orders of magnitude worse than the worst previous scandals, such as Watergate, which was "a third-rate burglary" where nobody was killed. To date, the DOJ's Operation Fast And Furious has resulted in hundreds of murdered Mexicans and at least two dead U.S. federal agents. But instead of providing real news coverage, the MSM feeds America the pabulum of celebrity worship and an artificially-contrived debate about artificial birth control.

Imagine for a moment if President Nixon's men, when called before the congressional committees invistigating the Watergate scandal, had provided nothing but thousands of pages of fully blacked-out paper. In effect, a giant, bored, "F--- you, what are you going to do about it?" to Congress. Then imagine if the Washington Post, the New York Times and the television networks never mentioned Watergate or the hearings, except rarely, and then only to call the congressional investigators partisan hacks who were bent on destroying our beloved President Nixon.

Reverse the party polarity, jump forward through the time warp, and you have the current reality, where gangsters rule the federal government from the White House, the Fast And Furious congressional investigators are impotent buffoons, and the MSM is fully in on the cover-up. Nobody died at the Watergate, but recall what the hysterical 24-7 news coverage of the Watergate scandal and hearings accomplished: the end of a presidency, pronto. And an Attorney General in prison.

In the modern case of Operation Fast And Furious, hundreds of Mexicans were murdered as the result of a diabolically evil plot laid with the sole purpose of discrediting the Second Amendment, by deliberately funneling semi-automatic rifles to known drug cartel killers and assassins. Their goal was to bury our Right to Keep and Bear Arms beneath a mountain of Mexican corpses.

Folks, it doesn't get much more evil than that.

And we know why these socialist dictators-in-waiting want us disarmed.

In 2012, the fictional premise of Enemies Foreign And Domestic, that a small clique of senior BATFE officials might conspire to arrange a mass shooting into a packed football stadium (also with the intention of discrediting our Right to Keep and Bear Arms), suddenly seems much less far-fetched.

So here's the plan: on Thursday, March 1, we will engineer a stratospheric spike in the number of free Kindle downloads of Enemies Foreign And Domestic, and continue this operation for up to five days, the max allowable under the terms of the free download program. Then we will sit back and watch the bewildered and alarmed MSM explore this sudden and frightening phenomenon erupting among the unwashed gun nuts and wild-eyed Constitution fanatics. You know, us. Real Americans, out here in fly-over countery.

And when they predictably condemn EFAD for its fictional assassinations of government officials, and the rest of the story that they will pretend to find so abhorrent, we will shine their own spotlight right back on them, and yell Fast And Furious in their faces!

"Really? Enemies Foreign And Domestic is a terrorist manual? Well, I'll see your fictional stadium massacre, and raise you a real-world conspiracy to murder hundreds of Mexicans for political purposes. If you would ever cover the story, instead of covering it up!"

And this can all happen by getting a million or so gun owners and other freedom lovers to download EFAD, totally for free, beginning on March 1st.
